The lounge has a fine stereo system, Sky digital TV and video. The apartment is air conditioned and centrally heated. Off street parking. Laundry facilities include automatic washing machine and drier.
Two Bedroom Apartment
Apartment 2, newly built on the first floor, faces West, with sea and garden views. It is luxuriously furnished with comfortable couches and lazy boy chairs.
The two bedrooms are well appointed, with TV's and superking/twin beds. Each ensuite has a shower, hair dryer, luxurious bathrobes, heated towel rails, heated tiled floors and wall heaters.
The kitchen is modern with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The lounge/dining area is comfortable with Sky digital TV and stereo sound plus a video system. It is fully air conditioned/ centrally heated.
The laundry has a washing machine & drier. There is off street parking.
One Bedroom Apartment
This is a 1 bedroom, self-contained apartment. There is a full stereo/radio and video system in the lounge, and Sky digital TV in both the lounge and bedroom.
The bathroom has a king sized bathtub/shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and luxurious bathrobes.
The kitchen has fridge/deep-freeze, wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and drier.
